Also I don’t think you can group items together in the own category. Great app but missing the small details. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect but.... *2019-11-19* This app is great, but i only rated it a 4 because I wish there was a folders option so I can categorize what items I do hav instead of having to scroll through all of my items to find what I am looking for. I couldn’t say enough good things about it. It was perfect for a small business. Then they “updated” it. If you’re like us and used to having a system app that looks the same across all devices, this one isn’t for you. It’s more steps to do the same tasks. It lags when loading the inventory list. I honestly can’t find one thing about it that I like as well as the old version. Now I’m back to looking for a simple straightforward app for a small business. ### 1/5 — Beware! No way to cancel subscription *2024-11-04* Despite multiple requests to contact them regarding subscription cancellation no reply and there is no way to cancel the subscription. Sadly had to take it up with my credit card company ### 1/5 — Very buggy not easy to upload products *2023-09-24* Cheaper then sortly but very bad UI n improper import of items. You cannot easily change or delete products in bulk. ### 1/5 — Useless Barcode Scanning *2021-04-19* You can not scan barcodes that aren't completely flat, or have the slightest bit of damage/discoloration. Not Gonna Happen. ### 1/5 — Tell me what the point of taking photos for this app??? *2019-09-26* You can’t even export any of the photos. I upgraded to premium thinking this function would be unlocked. I could have done much more with simple excel, it doesn’t do anything to help manage inventory. All it does is create a text based excel sheet. Your photos do not get exported so if you want to import inventory to another website, you have to retake all the photos. I’m disgusted with so many fake reviews with everything. This app is perfect for any one who wants to start taking control of their life. This app made it possible to keep track of food I have in my pantry. The best part is I can take photos of the exact products that I have. I just wish there was a feature where I can keep up of expiration dates. This app was different from the others because I could upload the text for my items with 0 quantity. I sent an email because I needed the Vendor to be listed on the export (a feature that would have caused me to cancel) and in less than 5 hours I received a response AND an update that includes what i need!!! CONSIDER ME A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I will also be recommending this to EVERY business owner that I know!!!
