The interface is great and runs very smooth and the amount of features and things you can add into it are insane! I love being able to see all my outstanding balances in one place and I can see my net worth of all my tools combined and it is easy to add a new tool when you get one. You can add all the info for the tool even the drawer it’s in and you can customize the look of app and add whatever info you want. Overall this app is great and I use it all the time and this is where all my info is and I have over 80 tools logged into here. ### 1/5 — Classic subscription model *2026-06-23* $8/mo or $80 a year is a ridiculous price to maintain more than 15 tools in inventory. I’d gladly pay $20 one time for the functions of this app, but subscription service fatigue strikes again - I feel it won’t be long before I’m asked to tip the developer as well. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Pricing is always a difficult balance, and I understand that subscriptions aren’t for everyone. Toolbox Vault was designed to be much more than a simple inventory list.
