What happened to the chronometer? Please bring back

**Developer response:** Thank you for using ToolManager. I just want to make a pure launch tool. Adding a timer makes me feel against my original intention. So I decided to cancel the timer. Sorry.

It seems not to work well on ios12.It doesnt give any reaction after I touch the icons in the tool bar.
But it helps me much when my device was on a lower ios version.I should appreciate.
So is there any way to donate to the developer？ Alipay is Ok.
