I am self employed and was just trying to keep track of my hours, and it isn’t worth it to pay for just my stuff. Worst is that they didn’t clearly mention that it was subscription based till they we hiding my info. ### 2/5 — Wish I looked at everything before download *2021-05-15* I’m using this to track my hours and income per week. So I’m pretty much the only employee. I was using the old app before learning that a new app was created. Everything was fine till part of the app stopped working because I didn’t subscribe on the website. Wish there was a set cost like that old one for people just trying to track there own hours. ### 3/5 — Device compatible *2020-08-28* Would be a great app if it catered to more that just apple devices. I have employees who don’t have apple devices. It has some functions that I like. No limited access free version whatsoever! That’s a few mins of my life I’ll never get back. If you’re willing to sign up to a free 7 day then go ahead and try, looks good but I wasn’t able to try without agreeing to at least £8.33/month. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE COMPANY *2022-10-04* We originally used this app for our less than five employees. we canceled them in October 2020. they have actively billed through recurring payments our company account every month including September 2022. we have notified them several times and never get a response by phone or email. this company has ripped us off of over $500 just since April 2021 as far back as I can go at the present time in my banking. do not mess with this app and less you intend to give your money away and be robbed!!! ### 1/5 — Fix the set up process *2021-12-23* When it wants me to set up the location it has writing over the location button and it won’t let me tap the button so I can’t even finning setting it up ### 1/5 — Scummy *2021-09-24, version 2.9.0* They pull access from you after you’ve been using for a while, with no warning, putting all time sheets behind a pay wall. Scummy . ### 1/5 — Worst yet *2020-11-10* Being in the customer service industry taking care of our customers is our number one priority. Trying to work with Bridget and the time sink team has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. When I called to let them know that all of my employees can see how much each other made, which anybody with a brain knows that that’s not a good thing, the only person that could help me was on vacation and could not fix the problem when I tried to report the problem there was a bug and I was not able to report the problem. She told me I would get a discount and when I decided not to renew and needed to send my reports to my accountant made me pay for an entire month and would not offer to reimburse me even though I do not want to use this app. When I asked her who was in charge of customer service for this company she hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and she sent me to voicemail. If this company does not recognize that employees seeing what each other make is a problem and doesn’t make it their number one priority to fix that problem immediately they obviously don’t know how to run a business. And before you ask yes I went into settings and clicked all the things that my employees should and should not see. I am canceling my subscription and I want my money back!!! ### 1/5 — trash app and support *2020-08-26, version 1.11.7* send emails back lol ### 1/5 — Unreliable and clunky *2020-01-26* This app was fantastic before they updated it to the latest major version a little while back. Company-wide, we have constant sync issues where an employee will ‘punch in’ but the system doesn’t register the action (and there’s no confirmation in the app!) so the employee’s hours are not tracked. This happens at least once a day across our company, forcing our employees to be constantly double-checking to make sure they are actually punched in or out - completely defeating the purpose of this app. We are on the hunt to migrate to a different system, and hopefully save our office staff the headache of fixing daily sync issues. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. It’s full of bugs. Doesn’t even add hours correctly, we had to add up hours manually with a calculator to get real figures. What else is wrong...I canceled the service months ago and they keep charging me. When asked to stop charging me I get no response. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. You can tell it’s a newer app but of all the apps that I’ve researched and tried, this is the best I’ve seen. Don’t get me wrong, there is still a lot of room for growth but I can see it get there. It has a great foundation and if the developers continue to work on it I see it blowing up.
