No matter how many times i click on the cross it always opens a browser window. Stop it! Not! *2026-04-16, version 1.31.16* Whenever you try to use the fast track option it clicks through to the add address and then says yes we can deliver, but then it won’t go any further. I’ve closed the app and re launched it time and again and still the same. Unless you know exactly the wording they use to describe a product, then you have no chance to find what you’re looking for. The app crashes all the time and couldn’t even get it to load tonight. The screwfix app is much better and as a result, screwfix get the custom a majority of the time now.
