Tooltify is an all-in-one shop management system in a single app, built for small and medium retailers and businesses. It helps you manage sales, inventory, billing, tax invoices, service jobs, and staff accounts — organized and accessible anytime, anywhere.

• New terms and policies — read and accept them once when you open the app (Terms of Service / Privacy and Cookie Policy / Data Processing Agreement), and new accounts can read and accept them right on the sign-up screen
• A major step up in face-scan security — depth camera plus a movement check now prove a real face, so photos and video cannot stand in. Everyone needs to register their face again; the app will ask
• Move several categories or types at once (stock / repairs / pledges), and deleting a category now files whatever is left under "no category" automatically
• Delete your shop logo, stamp and signature yourself, and with none set, bill headers no longer fall back to a sample logo
• A rebuilt user page — tap your photo to edit — and press and hold to copy any field on a detail screen
• Search now accepts + and *, matching the names you gave products on the web, and screens show the figure alone (receipts and labels keep the currency)

· PromptPay QR payments are here. Use them to close a sale at the counter / renew an asset contract / redeem an asset / or hand back a repair. The customer scans, and the app confirms the payment and closes the job for you. A QR payments screen lets you review past amounts and settle them into your bank account, and QR sales now appear in your sales summary report too. Interested in switching it on for your shop? · Face scan completely rebuilt — real-face verification using the depth camera plus a movement check
· Long-press any field on detail pages to copy it — codes, barcodes, phone numbers, addresses — no more retyping.
· The purchase screen now shows a clear summary: package price, yearly renewal, and the first-year renewal free — everything visible before you buy.
· Easier category management — select multiple records and move them to a new category in one go (Stock / Repairs / Pawn), and when a category is deleted, remaining records are automatically kept under "No category".
· Redesigned profile screen — tap your profile photo to edit your details, and manage your own face data right there.
· Overall stability improvements — for shops with linked branches sharing the same PIN, the app now always picks the account of the branch you're working in.

· You can now reset your password yourself. On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password", enter your shop code and the phone number you registered with, get an OTP by SMS, and set a new password right away — no waiting for an admin.
· Added a country-code picker when entering phone numbers, so international numbers work too.
· Tax invoices and withholding-tax slips now let you type the document number yourself, with a number pad for quick entry — handy if you like to restart numbering each month.
· The deleted-items screens (products / repairs / pawned assets) now show who deleted each item and when, so you can look back at what happened.
· On the product-picking screen for sales, tap anywhere on a row to add the item — no need to aim for the plus button on the right. Faster checkout.
· General stability improvements. The grouped-by-name product manager screen occasionally didn't open; that's sorted now. Editing a payment date in income & expenses moves the entry to the correct month on its own, and Lao text input covers a wider character range.
