Application qu'il est inutile de charger car impossible à utiliser (ne charge pas les données au démarrage, aucune fonctionnalité utilisable). Aussitôt chargée, aussitôt déchargée. C'est honteux de voir une riche station balnéaire ne faire aucun effort pour conserver son application en état de fonctionner.
