The audio via app was a bit confusing, there were long silent pauses that made us think we were missing info, wasn’t until we tried the audio on the bus that we realized it was filled with music. Also the audio didn’t always match exactly up with the monument or building being described but for the lovely ride in the open air top and the views totally worth it! ### 2/5 — Not great *2026-05-14, version 3.2.3* The audios for each stop never came on. However, the app is ready poor. Yes it was cold at night but we got amazing pictures! We got off at probably 5 stops and it was only late (very late) at 1 trying to get back on. Busses only start running late and stop early. They are also seldom on time and we wasted HOURS waiting at different location stops. Couldn’t even see all the sights we had planned on viewing. The other operators had busses stopping frequently and I would rather recommend Big Bus Tours. Very disappointed and unhappy. The river cruise and onboard commentary was the only highlight of TOOT busses. ### 2/5 — Don’t do it absolutely do not do it *2025-10-14, version 3.1.5* Unless you like being stranded and told they won’t be back for three hours, then you go to the bus stop at the appropriate time and you have to wait more than an hour for a bus people are rude. Hat im Gegensatz zur gelben Linie keine Live-Informationen. Im Gegenteil wird sogar angezeigt Service stoppen, obwohl die Busse noch mindestens bis 19h laufen. Und so wartet man halt ne 1/2Stunde, obwohl man vom Laufen genug hat. Echt schlecht die App und der Service ohne Zeiten UND ohne Live View. You wait over 2 hours for fireworks. Very crowded and limited seating. Customer service is horrible on this app. You will be redirected to WhatsApp and an AI response. I bought five passes for my girls and I for three days. We were going to use it to hop on and off for the different sites to see all over London. There must be more busses in Paris because it was horrible in London. We waited 25 minutes for our first bus. Then we rode for about 30 minutes and got off to see something being told another bus would come around in 15 mins. We waited for almost 40 and then gave up and took the subway. We tried a few other times the next day to get on one. Always being told it would be to the stop in just a few minutes. Each time after 20-25 minutes we gave up and just walked or got on a subway. I would really like to praise the young girl who served me. Klara Prela. What a beautiful young lady. She was so helpful and understanding to my predicament & to why I was in the UK to begin with.
