Everything need logging into your insurance provider website anyway when you click on anything on this app. Might as well just skip this app and use chatGPT. Only good thing, maybe not even good (more like service it is suppose to do) is filing claim. Then again its easier and less clicking if one go straight to their insurance provider. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-01-24, version 3.6.0* Couldn’t book an appointment. Nothing available even months in advance. Took ages for replies in the chat eventually they sent me a prescription for painkillers which the pharmacies couldn’t use. I went on a wild goose chase eventually a pharmacy did enter the code given and the link but it just kept saying no authorisation. Then I couldn’t get back on the app either as it was saying no authorisation just to use the app. so all in all wasted a lot of time that I didn’t have to waste. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Unable to sign up *2024-05-24, version 3.5.0* Won’t let me sign up. Putting in valid password (upper/lowercase numbers and symbols, 8 characters) and it the create account button stays disabled ### 2/5 — Useless app *2023-07-13, version 3.4.0* This app is really useless. You can’t really access anything on it. I’ve had appointments for my aligners and they don’t appear in the appointments tab. There’s nowhere for notes from your previous appointments. You use the AI track to submit progress images but can’t access them once submitted. There’s a bug on the upper teeth one where the guideline doesn’t show. Other people’s prescriptions often show up in my profile. You can’t track updates on your aligners or other things being sent. There isn’t a place for guides on things like whitening or aligners, etc. The app is really just there for submitting update photos and as a portal to chase customer service to give you a response on your ongoing issues. ### 2/5 — Issues with log in *2021-09-14, version 1.9* Have deleted and reinstalled a number of times but still isn’t working.
