The manager of the app spoke with me and said if the offices complain about me again that they are gonna deactivate my account permanently. I couldn’t even ask a lot of questions either. Like cmon I’m trying my best and it’s still not good enough for any of u guys. I’m a hard worker in the field and I wasn’t lazy or on my phone. U guys should protect us instead of punishing us for permanently deactivating our accounts like seriously we’re not robots or ai. No one on this app pays my rate, but thankfully I get plenty of temp jobs at my rate on a local dental staffing app. I was also approached by a Toothio recruiter and when I told them I’m not interested in a permanent position with a dental office due to having to be a caregiver for my Mom at the moment, they still sent my info to a dental office which reached out to me.
