There is no solution and when repeatedly I have written emails and called for appointment, there is nothing from their side. Don’t waste your time and money and your energy behind them. Rather get a professional and local doctor who would do a better job. Even the quality of the alligners is not upto the mark. It has never fitted well and even during the appointment with the doctor it came off right in front of them. Still I was told to continue it and come back after my 5th set. It doesn’t make sense because if the sets are all not fitting well since the first set, how is the treatment even going to work. By December I have to complete my treatment . But as my gap was retained despite asking for rescan . they sent me finishing aligners in feb-2026 which already delayed the treatment and made worsening of the gap . After repeat complaints For which they took 25th march re scan and gave booster plan for 4months . But today 23rd April -2026 . Still not received my booster aligners . It will be more than a year since you promised the result which was 7 months nly classic one and my tooth was not a disaster to manage to take this much time . Booking appointments became a struggle. Getting a response from their team is incredibly difficult. However, after her braces were removed five months ago, she was only given trial aligners that were supposed to be worn for one to two weeks. It has now been five months, and she has still not received a single actual aligner. As a result, the progress she achieved is now starting to reverse. Additionally, she was not even provided with retainers after the braces were removed, and the trial aligners themselves arrived three weeks late. The service has been extremely disappointing. The customer care team has been unhelpful and when I requested to speak with a senior representative, I was told the senior was on emergency leave and that they could only raise a ticket. They insisted that any resolution would come only via email. The representative I spoke with kept repeating the same three sentences without offering any real assistance. I paid full money on 25 December 2025 but still after 35 days my half of the kit is in pending and it shows that it will dispatch soon , even after complaining so many time. 3. Costumer support is worst , if you complain or ask something they can’t do anything ,simply they are going to raise a ticket and you will get a message that someone will call you between 24 to 48 hours but no response from any one, if you raise a complaint also that you didn’t get any call then again they are going to raise a ticket that someone will call you between 24 to 48 hours but no again response from any one and it keep on happening.
