When you try to log back in, it says it’s sending code to your phone by text but it never sends. How am I supposed to log back in and use my rewards. Please fix the issue.

Every single time I open this app, it asks me if I want to turn on notifications. Every single time I have to click no. I guess the app gets one star because it is nice to pay for my gas through the app.

This app is so bloated, confusing, and slow. Nothing like standing at a pump for literally two minutes waiting for it to activate … only to save a whopping 5¢. They’ll track you and profit off you, for literal pennies.

I decided to download the app while at a station and signed up.  After trying to use it at the pump, the pump would not allow me to input my rewards number.  Tried 2 other pumps and got the same result.  What good is the rewards program and app if the pumps won’t take it?  I’ll stick with Loves and Pilot/Flying J.  Thanks for not giving me a discount Toot n Ripoff!!

Per staff at store members must have a physical rewards card, which must be linked to a bank account (not a credit card). You can earn rewards without linking to your bank account, but you cannot redeem them for a fuel discount.

**Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for your feedback. It appears you may have been provided some misinformation. Yes, you can EARN rewards without linking a card, but you can also REDEEM them too. To redeem them, simply display or enter your Alt-ID prior to pumping fuel or completing an inside transaction. Would you mind letting us know which Store you visited so that we can review training with the Team?

For anyone who wants to save money on gas, you need this app! It’s so easy to use and you get substantial discounts on gas every single day. Just add your banking information to the app and you’ll save every time you pay for gas with the app. It’s safe and secure and you’ll always save money, and we all need as many gas discounts as we can get these days. And you get free stuff inside the store, too. Thanks Toot!!
