They give you coins/credits for it, which you can’t utilize for anything except minimum credit and then still have to pay the app to purchase. Ridiculous! It’s better to just donate the clothes for free !!! **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for the honest feedback. You raised three real points and we want to address each. The Give Back Bag has a small fee because it covers doorstep pickup logistics across 700+ cities, but we hear you that this feels like paying to give. We are reviewing this. Pickup delays in your area are on us, and we are fixing routing in cities where turnaround has slipped. On credits, the Swap Store now stocks household essentials where credits cover a much larger share of the price, and we are expanding full-credit redemption items. If you share your registered number at support@tooused.com, we will look into your pickup and add bonus credits for the trouble. Donation is always a good choice. To the whole world they will show how good they are, following a great initiative. But their reviews are fake. They are running a cunning business model where they are selling your used clothes to big brands like TataCliq and Zudio and those are getting sold at higher rates. Call it what you want, but to me this is looting in the name of public welfare. ### 1/5 — Scammers got a new name - Tooused *2025-12-15* Tooused is using the eco-friendly activists and trying to scam money from them. Here is How- 1. They are not giving an option to parcel used clothes 2. They are limiting maximum clothes quality to only 20 pcs. 3. They charge for picking up used clothes and sorting & segregation comes with an additional cost along with gst. 4. They do not give cash for selling our old clothes. Instead they provide a credit in their own app’s wallet. 5.
