I already bought the whole year package from day one but until now that 6 months have passed, it still keeps closing the already paid videos for me and only allows me to "preview" it and telling me to buy them when I already paid for complete courses at $200 plus. Many times I have to try reopening it before there is a chance it would work. For 6 months I have been patient but now, enough is enough! I wasted using even my workout time to open it but still it failed to work. All you see is a black screen with audio. It’s been like this for quite some time while the app is still on sale in the Apple App Store. I have owned this app for several years and I’m disappointed that you have not continued to support it through new iOS updates. You are still selling this app to new users knowing you have this bug. Bravo and Top Chef are well known brands from NBCUniversal, I don’t understand why they would partner with a developer that would neglect an app with their names on it risking the goodwill the network has cultivated over the years. Please fix this bug or be upfront with customers and remove the app from the App Store. By removing it you at least would be sending a message that you don’t intend to support the app any further. ### 1/5 — No video…still *2022-02-05* Many have complained that the app isn’t working and that it only plays audio without the video and they have done nothing to acknowledge this or fix it. ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2022-01-27, version 1.2.3* Cannot get videos to work no matter what, the entire app is just a glitchy bug-filled mess. It really is a university and you learn a lot. I am so thankful and can hardly believe that this app is even available for free!!!! Wow! If you’re interested in culinary techniques with incredible recipes get this app! It’s one of the greatest things at the App Store in my opinion. Please fix. TY ### 3/5 — OK but it could be SOO much better!! *2013-11-09* It’s really good to have TCU for the iPhone! As with the iPad version, the teaching videos are almost like being in actual class – the detail is fantastic!! There’s no in-app purchasing necessary because all lessons are included which came as a welcomed surprise!!:*) That being said, there are some glaring absences – like the iPad app, this one has a written ingredients list but NO written directions. Also there is NO Favorites file, NO Tools, Terms or Notes tabs. There aren’t any course quizzes or a course progression monitor or end of course evaluations, and worst of all, there are banner ads…YUCK!!!
