All App Store purchases, including subscriptions, are handled by Apple directly. Constantly crashes no matter what I choose do. I also see that it’s been sometime since this app was last updated which explains why it crashes from the mere touch. Update your payment method, if necessary. Also, make sure you have a strong, steady network connection. Weak Wi-Fi and connectivity issues can cause the subscription verification to fail. If you attempt to purchase a subscription that’s already been purchased, Apple won't charge you again for that subscription. Subscriptions bought in the App Store are managed by Apple. If you still need help, contact Apple Support and report a problem with your in-app purchase at getsupport.apple.com ### 1/5 — Disappointed in customer support *2017-08-23, version 5.1* I've been a subscriber to this app for quite some time for over a year. This mobile app has promise but it's not a perfect solution. However, it is an affordable solution to other more established, mainly desktop, real estate data solutions. I recently experienced an issue with the App not recognizing my subscription. When I contacted the App developer they came back to me telling me it was an iTunes issue. After contacting Apple who elevated the matter to the iTunes tech support engineering group Apple came back to me letting me know that is was in fact an App Development issue. After three weeks of working to find a resolution to this problem I'll have to say I was a bit disappointed in the App Developer response. When I contacted the developer they didn't commit to contacting Apple Developer Support as Apple suggested I convey to them but instead referred me to Apple to get a refund. Now I know this App has promise, and I was using it daily, but if I'm a subscriber, likely one of few as I was told it's a lightly subscribed to App, I need it to work if it's going to supplant other data resources. I'm disappointed the App Developer didn't expend some effort in trying to help me find a resolution to this problem. You would think the App Developer would want to keep its subscribers around even if it meant getting on the phone and offering to go through troubleshooting items on my devise and failing to find a solution then committing to reach out to Apple to work with their App Developer support to cure this issue. The App Developer didn't do any of that but instead advised I get a refund from Apple. They didn't even suggest I check back with them or offer to provide troubleshooting updates. This App Developer has earned a failing grade on customer support. There are other data providers that offer both desktop and mobile data solutions. I will be re subscribing to one of those services. Sign up for this App at your own risk. ### 1/5 — Terrible accessibility *2017-08-08, version 5.0* Never would take me to my location, very frustrating to try and figure out ### 3/5 — Good and Bad. *2016-10-10, version 2.0* The good is that the ease of use and information given are exceptional; the bad is that the price for having "look-up features" is both expensive and and time-sensitive. To me, it would make more sense to pay for a certain amount of searches. If I get busy and don't search properties like crazy, my allotted time will run out, though I paid top dollar. If, on the other hand, I paid for twenty searches, I could take all year (or longer) to use them up, but they're still there. I think they need to have a better pay system because I only search for a few properties at a time and don't want to pay the high prices. I just reinstalled it and it appears to be stuck in the census mode. The faq page just instructs you to delete and reinstall, the trouble shooting page says to reach out to apple (comical). Will need refund if not fixed quickly. Screen is blank and the find me arrow on top left corner is all I see. It will kick out out and say you need to purchase premium and then keep you locked out for days. Deleted the app and now it doesnt even populate house bubbles… Save your money. It has incredibly detailed information on what seems like every single-family property in the US. Great way to find off-market properties to gain an edge on the competition. However the notification about if the home dweller is renting I can’t seem to find. The old Version would say absentee. Awesome customer service and I’m glad they were able to rectify the issue. Still love the app. ..... Great app for what I do. Paid for the year about 6-7 months ago and use it daily. A few days ago it stopped working entirely. Won’t find my location. Can’t hold down on properties to get info. Deleted and reinstalled app. Updated iPad. Hopefully there’s an update in the works.
