Also, your page must be made public to generate the top 9. With the work involved to unhide all the likes, you may want to reconsider your purchase. It says 450yen for one time payment. It charged me 1,450yen 2. The selections were simply NOT top nine. Meaning, some lower likes has been selected as Top nine If possible, I really would like to request for refund. Our customer support team already replied to your email and confirmed that you purchased the lifetime PRO for 480 JPY as stated in the payment screen. Please note that TOP 9 never charges users more than displayed or without the user's payment confirmation. The purchase worth 1450 JPY is not even available in the TOP 9 app. We know that you already admitted that you saw this price on your Apple receipt. Apple receipts always show the total amount you spent on the selected date across multiple apps. The reason why TOP 9 didn't generate your most liked posts correctly is that the likes on your posts are hidden. It means only you can see the likes you got and no one else, so it's technically impossible for the TOP 9 to generate your posts accurately. We also provided you with a video tutorial for unhiding the likes of your posts on Instagram for easier navigation. We hope you will decide to update this review based on your latest experience. Do not use this app until they can figure it out.
