Won’t connect

I used this in the past I recall it being troublesome to connect, my phone broke and now replaced I can’t connect for the life of me this app is terrible

Will not connect “Permission to Local Network”

I have contacted the company many times but the app has yet to be fixed.

The Josmie 4K Dashcam will not connect with the app. I sent a screen recording from my phone showing the setup and errors I am given.

Could support reach out and I’ll provide the recordings so that this app can be fixed?
