Egal was man an tippt die App sagt Fahrzeug wird nicht unterstützt was kein Sinn ergibt da das Fahrzeug ja offensichtlich unterstützt wird. ### 4/5 — Good but could be better *2026-07-05* Not a bad tool but could be alot better. App kennt kein Daimler ! Bluetooth Verbindung nicht möglich! Wie soll man einen QR Code in Größe von ein paar Millimeter im Quadrat im Fußraum im letzten Winkel abscannen??? Zwangsweise muss der Dongle eingesteckt sein! Warum legt man diesen QR Code nicht in gedruckter Form bei? Welche Knallköpfe haben diesen Müll produziert? Und alles in englischer Sprache, Leute, wenn ihr in Deutschland verkaufen wollt, dann sprecht Deutsch….. Nach 1 Jahr geht zwar das auslesen noch jedoch löschen geht nicht mehr da Lizenz abgelaufen ist. Der Neuerwerb kostet 167€!!!! You are allowed 60 seconds to receive it and type it in. Wherever I am, using various networks it takes over 60 seconds to receive the email, rendering to carpal completely useless. **Developer response:** Hello, [60S] is a time limit for repeatedly sending verification codes, not for entering the valid time of the verification code. The verification code is valid for input within 30 minutes. But if you click on the new verification code to send, the old verification code will become invalid. Fa partire il riscaldamento ma interrompe la rigenerazione. Testato su Renault e Honda. Restituito il TOPDON e annullato l’abbonamento. NON ACQUISTATE! ### 1/5 — Corriger les bugs ! *2025-10-25* Application auparavant excellente, mais elle est devenue terriblement lente. L’analyse du véhicule prend maintenant un temps fou (20min contre moins de 1min avant), tout comme la recherche des codes erreurs qui prend un temps fou. Les dernières mises à jour du firmware et de l’application ont clairement tout dégradé et on peut pas revenir en arrière. They provided no explanation whatsoever as to why their terms state that no login is required for basic function….if you want a Chinese company having any personal information go for it, otherwise steer clear. **Developer response:** We take your concerns very seriously, and user privacy is our bottom line. We will not share your information with any third party. When connecting or searching for Bluetooth devices, the system will force the application to obtain location permission. This is because Bluetooth signals may be used to infer geographic location information. We understand that this may cause confusion, but this permission is required by the system and the application itself will not actively collect your location data. There ain’t NO WAY!!! Listen I’ve had this thing for quite some time. Still using an older device that was Bluetooth as well. Just got used to the poor quality of the competition. The slow load times , ten minute uploads blah blah blah…. Listen I put this thing in my sons 2016 Honda civic and it was other worldly how fast it with through all the diagnostics. Fully!!! Then at the amount of description it gave for the trouble codes was impressive. Been around these type of devices since they started coming out and this is hands down the 1st place with 2nd place runner up way back in The distance. Not even close !!!! And it gets updates for life !!!! Holy smokes never has there been and I don’t look for another company coming out anytime soon that could set this kinda standard!
