Their coffees are absolutely delicious and service is quick and friendly. Deals that appear via notifications rarely work and when attempting to submit orders they rarely go through. Being that you can only order through the app at select locations make it impossible to shop here. ### 1/5 — App just doesn’t work right, bad coffee *2024-04-04, version 1.2* Had to place order three times and every time it forgot my order when it came time to pay. Establishment can take payments at the window but just doesn’t want to I guess. Took 10 minutes to order through the obnoxious app when it could have taken seconds at the window. And then my latte tasted like cough syrup. And I’ve never seen such a small coffee shop with such an enormous parking lot. This should be a simple system where I don’t have to tell them everything about me, it should be a one click Apple Pay. We got frustrated, drove off and deleted the app. We were the only ones there. ### 1/5 — Fix “Order Again” *2023-02-04, version 1.0.12* I love using Cirque’s app and love drinking their coffee. That said, the “order again” functionality should be improved. I recently hit “order again” since this was my last order. However, the bourbon vanilla syrup is no longer available and we weren’t prompted to select another syrup. This also caused a decaf latte in my saved order to revert to a regular caffeinated latte. The “order again” option should not appear when syrups are out of stock. If anything, we should be prompted to select another syrup. Modifications related to the caffeination or milk type should not be overwritten. We expected to receive two 12 oz bourbon vanilla latte with one of them being decaf. Instead, we received two caffeinated 12 oz lattes. They were still fantastic, but my wife cannot have caffeine so we were a bit disappointed. ### 1/5 — App is buggy and frustrating 50% of the time *2021-12-31, version 1.0.11* First of all, I like Cirque Coffee. But the App ordering model for on the go convenience is kind of dangerous and for me 50% of the time doesn’t work anyways. I find myself generally thinking about wanting a coffee while I’m on the highway going to work, so I pull out my phone to order on the app and when it works it’s great and easy, but when it doesn’t it’s a roadway hazard. It freezes up much of the time for me, or when I’m checking out it just doesn’t seem to register the order and I worry it will finally process and I will have ordered 27 coffees from hitting the checkout button so many times in highway frustration. I usually just give up and pass their exit. Today I drove in anyways to see if I could just order a coffee at the place. I sat at the window for quite awhile considering no one was in line and multiple people were in the store. They seemed confused. Someone finally slid the window back and I asked if I could order a coffee and the answer was “we only accept orders through the app”. So I left. There was a $7 mocha in my cart when I deleted the app forever. ### 2/5 — I literally cannot order coffee because the app doesn’t work *2025-03-27, version 1.2* I go to the app to enter my phone number and I get an error. I go to app support and I get a 404 error. No way to add multiple payment methods is my biggest gripe. It’s also difficult to clear the notification badges as there’s no way to mass delete them.
