## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-08-27

Topicle is now made for iPad.
A sidebar for your feeds and communities, a post list beside the thread you are reading, community and profile pages with room to breathe, and a composer with a live preview of your post. Sheets open as popovers, keyboard and pointer are supported, and Handoff lets you pick up the page you are reading on another device.

Also in this release
- Multi-image posts show as a gallery in the feed
- Comments can carry photos and GIFs, up to four per comment
- Swipe to vote, with a quick tutorial the first time
- Spoiler posts blur their titles and thumbnails until you reveal them
- Community rules: read a community's rules, cite them when reporting, and moderators can edit them and choose a rule set
- Invite links: join a community from an invite, and moderators can create and manage invites
- Off-topic post? Moderators can offer to move it to a better community, and you decide
- Reporting is clearer, with a suggested community for off-topic posts
- Replace or crop a link post's thumbnail
- Votes, replies, and unread counts stay in sync across every screen
