Very inconvenient, now I have to wait until the weekday to reach a customer service representative. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2025-08-05* Absolutely terrible, tried signing in I kept getting timed out over and over an as I FINALLY was about to finish it said I made a max attempt of 3. So I deleted the app. I will give it one more try and load the app again. ### 2/5 — Branch locator is aweful *2023-09-16* Attempted to get Topline specific branch information (lobby hours for a branch) - input city and state, got green dots for ATMs and other banks east of the branch I was looking for, but the no green dot where I expected the branch to be. If I zoomed into the block where the branch is I got the google maps business information bubble, but I wanted the information to come from topline. Branch locator could definitely use some attention. I’d almost prefer a list over this wedged in google map. At least give branches a different dot color than ATMs. ### 2/5 — No more landscape view *2023-08-27, version 4009.1.1* Latest “update” forces app into portrait mode on my iPad Pro.
