I had a lot cases when I was actually in allowed parking zone but app said that you are in wrong place, you can’t park here. Besides wasting 8 minutes of my time trying to get the bike to start and another 15 talking to you to determine the problem. Your colleague thinks that I should be looking for you afterwards to inform me what technical team decided what happened in order to refund the amount. I was not angry about the technical failure, but because I wasted my time and you did not even refund the amount you charged for the non-working bike. And I spent 15 minutes afterwards trying to find out what happened with you on the phone I still expect a refund, and of course, customers shouldn’t be looking for you when you have someone checking the issues hours later it should be the other way around, It is such a shame! This was my first time using the service, but unfortunately also the last. It's not about the lost half an hour and it's not about the 3 lv. Днес, при поредното ми пътуване с едно от тях – на вид в добро състояние – буквално след като изминах около 100 метра, се чу странен шум и след две секунди предната капла просто се отдели от рамката. Полетях през кормилото и се озовах няколко метра по-нататък на земята. За мой късмет се разминах само с охлузвания и подутини, но ако имаше коли на булеварда, ситуацията можеше да бъде много по-сериозна. Призовавам всички, които използват тези колелета, да бъдат изключително внимателни. Лично аз повече не бих се качил. Ако пуснеш 5 безплатни минути, после не можеш да си вземеш дневна/седмична карта 24 часа. Не показва цената на минута (пише Х). Повечето колела вече са изпочупени. Има колела без работещи спирачки!!! Потенциално смъртоносно. Проверявайте преди да потеглите - за жалост трябва да отключите колелото и платите, преди да може да проверите изрядно ли е.. Ако на място за паркиране вече има няколко колела, може да не даде да се паркира там и трябва да се местиш (поне 100 метра). Съпорта не отговаря навреме, а понякога не вдига и телефона.
