Bad customer service , you are unable to speak directly to a technician ; you have to automatically leave a complaint and then they will call you back and when they do you, you have to be sitting next to your modem with a pc ( if you are at work or somewhere else then you are out of luck ) . So I tried to install the app , maybe that will solve the issue, but the app was a real disappointment, it closes by itself ; it doesn’t even let you open an account , let alone contact a technician .

L’application se plante a chaque fois q’on essaye de se connecter! 
Messagerie Bolt qui pépite les memes messages. 
Pas d’option d'adresser un agent.
