¿QUE SON  LOS DATOS CATASRTALES?
Los datos catastrales son datos que contienen información sobre la propiedad de la tierra. Los conjuntos de datos catastrales contienen información sobre la geografía de parcelas o solares, propiedades individuales.

¿QUE ES DIVISION TERRITORIAL?
Se divide políticamente en 29 provincias y un distrito nacional (Art. 5 Constitución). Cada provincia está dividida en municipios, de los cuales existen 117 en el país, cada uno de ellos divididos en unidades territoriales más pequeñas, como distritos municipales, secciones rurales y parajes.


¿QUE SON LAS AREAS PROTEGIDAS?
Las Áreas Protegidas en la República Dominicana se reglan por la Ley 67 de 1974, que creó la Dirección Nacional de Parques, reconoce tres categorías de protección de áreas naturales: Parques nacionales, Reservas naturales y Vías Panorámicas.
En estas áreas no se permite la construcción ni compra y venta de inmuebles, por lo que hay que conocerla bien.
