## What is Topout?

Topout is a climbing training tracker built by one developer, for climbers serious about progression.

This app is modeled after the exact training plans and setup that I used for my own progress.

LOG EVERY SESSION
You can track your bouldering and rope sections with flexible widgets. You can track exercises, warm-ups, and stretches. You can use timers, notes, track your body weight, record how you feel, etc...

UNDERSTAND YOUR PROGRESS
The insights tab has graphs and trends for your volume, RPE, training mix, muscle group, mobility, your rest days, how you feel, etc..

PLAN LIKE A COACH
Plan months or weeks in advance using my advanced meso cycle planner.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything lives on your device. No account. No cloud sync. No analytics. No data collection of any kind. Your training history is private and always available offline.

BUILT WITH CARE
Topout is built by me alone. I'm a climber who wanted to build a training tool to replace all of the spreadsheets and general tracking software I've used over the years.

## Key features

- Log bouldering and rope sessions
- Track grade trends and volume
- Analyze progress with detailed insights
