Somehow this is the only delivery app that doesn’t provide real time delivery updates. Outside of taking your order it doesn’t do much. That is unless they don’t have delivery drivers on staff and have to use Uber Eats. Then they won’t let you pay in cash but hey… at least Uber lets you track your delivery.

i have tried literally everything, reset my password twice, and tried making a new account. I can’t log in. There’s no point of joining the upper crust rewards if you can’t even log in to earn them!!!!!!!!! So frustrating.

I have never gotten an online or app order to submit, So I end up having to call and talk to someone who’s first language is not English, Has a very heavy accent, and Bad phone connection. It took 7 minutes to order one pizza, 5 of that was him trying to understand the address. FIX YOUR TECHNOLOGY!

The app will not allow me to even open it because my phone number is already on file. There’s no sign in option. I just cannot use the app. Stupid!

I love Toppers Pizza. I love their staff. But this app? An absolute trainwreck. It feels like it was coded by toddlers smashing a keyboard for the first time. Ordering pizza should be simple. Registration should be seamless. Instead, I got a labyrinth of broken, overcomplicated nonsense.

I tried everything—Apple login, Facebook, phone number, email, website, app. Repeatedly. It just doesn’t work. At all. Whoever developed this app clearly has no respect for the paying customers funding their incompetence.

This app isn’t just bad—it’s offensively bad. Whoever approved it for release should be permanently banned from software development.

I placed order through my account . Not sure why I need to enter phone number each time to track it . Why can’t you tie order with the account ? Even there is no re load option for the tracking so in order to get fresh update I need to re track it by entering phone number again .

Essentially the same as ordering on a browser. Glad to have direct ordering without middleman. The tracker must be manually refreshed. But my biggest pet peeve is that the cart disappears when you minimize the app. Meaning: if you don’t choose from the menu and checkout in the same session you must start over. Please fix that guys. I can’t think of any good business model that dumps the cart the second you look away.

Impossible to switch between carry out and delivery. Make it the first thing the user sees when they begin an order.

Unable to deliver to an alternate address. What if I am ordering for delivery to a friend’s house?

Delivery and carry out deals are listed in the same place. Separate them out if they aren’t available for the order type I want to place.

I literally cannot order what I want from the app. Do you not test the app before you push it to the public?

The structure and formatting is exactly like if you were to order on your favorite web browser, except worse. Just go to their website and ignore this bloatware.

I’ve given up trying to order pizza n the app. It never works. All I ever get is a spinning wheel and ‘please wait’. I am half tempted to just order from Dominoes. At least that app works. Maybe the developers of the Toppers app can learn something from Dominoes on how to make an order-app that actually works. Until then, I guess it’s Dominoes Pizza 🤷‍♂️.

This app will constantly change settings. It will change delivery back to pickup. It will ignore the delivery address and have you pickup at a store 100 miles away. Do not use. Just call your local store

This is a very dysfunctional app. Expect massive amounts of notifications, confusing navigation, glitches rampant when adding things to cart. Also they keep texting me every time I order when I tell them to stop. On top of all that, they just gutted their rewards system so it’s now the worst in the industry. I like their pizza though, but they aren’t that competitive to their peers.

I’d give this app a zero if I could. The app doesn’t work how it should. I cannot log into my account. I get an error saying my login credentials are wrong but I know for a fact they’re right. I can go to the Toppers website on my Safari browser and log into my account just fine. This app is the issue but Toppers doesn’t seem to want anything to do with it or even attempt to fix it. Years of constant bad reviews for the app and still no fix. I have contacted Toppers customer support about this issue multiple times but I usually get ignored with no response. One time I did get a response but they needed more information from me so I replied but then I just got ignored. Big waste of time. Toppers has some decent food but their customer service is terrible. They’d probably be a more profitable company if they cared more about customer service and brand quality as a whole. Even their food could get some quality control at times. Don’t waste your time and space on this app.

Been using this app for my mobile deliveries and pickups for the last 3 years or so. I love it still to this day. I know I run into a cvv error now and then but one call to my store and they already know my regular order. Perfect app and overall best pizza. Oh and bring back the crown pepperonis

This app has worked perfectly for me every time on my Apple 13 phone. Order is right every time, and whenever I apply a deal and check out it’s accurate. Don’t listen to the negative people. Just download the app for yourself and see how it works on your phone.

Can you remove the restart button at the top and give us an option for homepage in place of that plz because restart just doesn’t make any sense. I’m too worried to hit it I’m wondering why that choice instead of menu to go back to home page, maybe change it from the word restart to the word back or menu for the homepage it just makes more sense

Toppers can do what others can’t! They’ve done it right every time for my sibling, sister and I. They are so in-tune with the now-crowd. Vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free (lactose intolerance) and all the other ones. Toppers understands; They get it. My favorite place through and through. Even though they came from Wisconsin; I gotta give it to ‘em. Y’all have it down pat. Great things y’all are doing. If you ever make a commercial reach out to me! I’m a toppers enthusiast!

I wish the user experience on the app were better. Sometimes there’s a deal if you add items to your cart worth a specific amount, but it never works. It’s pretty frustrating.

Also, I wish I could see real-time order status updates instead of having to refresh the page every time to see a change. Overall, it’s a good app, but the user experience could be better.
