I just felt robbed because there were no clear instructions regarding the payment terms inside the venue okay they mentioned that the pay card is non refundable but I just thought that they could have given more CLEAR instructions because I cashed in an amount that I thought I can use even outside of the venue or i can cash out if not in the venue, maybe i can link my account in their app then through their app i can access the balance that I have in my plus63 pay card but nope. It wasnt clear to me that the meaning of "non refundable" is there is no way to cash out or transfer any amount that I cash in to my plus63 paycard. So na sa kanila na yung di ko naconsume na balance 😅 sobrang sayang lang nung amount (kahit di naman super duper laki) na pwede ko pa sanang magastos sa ibang bagay thinking na I could still cash it out or transfer it back to my savings or whatever. Wala sayang lang. Nag basa naman ako ng guidelines, di lang malinaw yung pagkasulat/explain.
