The issue is that randomly, the entire app and screen will freeze. I'm unable to click anything, swipe to the home screen, lock my screen, etc - my phone is essentially bricked until it starts to respond again (usually about a minute). I then have to force close the app and restart it. Only for it to happen again inevitably. Maybe it freezes after 30 seconds, it could be 30 minutes. Bought 1 box and managed to get a Dowman, only card I wanted as an Arsenal fan. Went straight to printing, said it was at 47/99. Tried to print but the app failed to load. Finally had my cart ready and then it says digital only. Can't believe it. Isn't ideal for regular players, after spending money, for nothing at the end of my experience. ### 2/5 — App is broken *2026-07-25, version 4.2.8* App literally refuses to open now, when it does I can use for like 30 seconds before it completely freezes then crashed ### 2/5 — フリーズの嵐 *2026-07-22* 海外サッカーが好きなのでコレクション目当てに始めました。色々な選手があって楽しいです。 ただ、何度も何度もフリーズします。カードを引く度に、画面を切り替える度にフリーしてるレベル感です。 特にひどいのが試合中です。カードを選択するたびにフリーズ。攻守が切り替わったらフリーズ。相手がカード選ぶとフリーズ。1試合フリーズ無しで終わったことがありません。 流石にひどいです。早急に改善を求めます。 ### 1/5 — Betrug *2026-07-15* Die App macht an sich Spaß, nur das die Probleme der App nicht gelöst werden, aber immer mehr Ideen eingebracht werden um noch mehr aus Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Noch schlimmer ist der Support. Mein 1. Account wurde wegen angeblichen Betrugs einkassiert. Coins generiert. War nie der Fall… auf Nachfrage kam keine gescheite Begründung wie das Ganze ausgesehen haben soll. Bin mir keiner Schuld bewusst. 2. Account ging verloren weil die App nicht mehr funktioniert hat und neu installiert wurde, der Account war eigentlich mit Apple verbunden. Support kontaktiert. Sämtliches zum Account gegeben keinerlei Hilfe bei der rückholung des Accounts. Jetzt der 3. Account wie beim 2.ten Account App startet nicht, neu installiert und trotz apple verbunden kein wiederherstellen möglich. Für alle Accounts ist Geld geflossen. Meiner Meinung nach haben die für Probleme nichts übrig und sind nur auf Geld aus. Kleiner Tipp von mir, Gleich lassen oder wenn man eine gute Karte hat gleich drucken lassen, sonst wird der Account einkassiert, damit sie zum Saison Ende wieder Karten haben und wieder durch goldkäufe noch mehr Geld einnehmen.. For the last few weeks, I can’t even get onto the app it just spins at the home screen. No one from Topps seems to care and won’t fix the problem ### 4/5 — Love this app but… *2026-07-09* This is a great app for soccer card collectors. Just received my first in app order, and the cards are GORGEOUS! Haven’t used too much of the game aspect of the app, but opening packs and being able to purchase cards is super neat. However, lots and lots of crashing and “freezing” makes this very hard to fully enjoy. It takes a lot of enjoyment out of the game, and to be honest when the game crashes or freezes I tend to just give up on playing for a while. I’m hoping for a fix soon! Playing on the iPhone 17 Pro. ### 1/5 — COMPLETE SCAM!!!! *2026-07-08* I won a physical Merlin Hobby Box and a rare George Best /50 card through the app. Royal Mail lost the parcel. Topps customer service openly admitted the courier lost it, but refused to replace the items or offer a proper alternative because of "in-app card integrity." They tried to settle a £200+ physical hobby box prize by giving me 300 in-game gold (which is roughly about £2.50). Absolute joke of a system. Total breach of UK prize laws. Do not trust this app with your time or money. It crashes more times than a F1 driver and has more glitches than wreck-It Ralph’s sidekick. Played it now for 3 seasons hoping it would come good 😬no such joy. Even when it did stop glitching for a day you are just meet with players that have nothing else to spend their money on buying boosters so your beaten before you’ve even started.had to put a star on to post that’s why it has one ### 1/5 — Super Idee, aber die App ist eine absolute Katastrophe *2026-08-20* Ich bin ein großer Topps Fan und muss sagen die Idee der App, sowie die Möglichkeiten die man hat sind absolute Spitze! Leider ist das eigentliche Spiel, was auch sehr gelungen ist, völlig unspielbar .. Die App hängt sich mindestens einmal in der Minute auf was dazu führt, dass man keine Partie normal spielen kann.. Gleiches gilt beim Packs öffnen etc… Spiele auf einem iPhone 16 Pro, welches jedes andere Spiel hervorragend abspielt, also an der Hardware kann es nicht liegen.. Hoffe hier wird nachgebessert, denn so ist es ein einziges Trauerspiel ! It’s fun to collect cards and be able to print them. Game play is simple but there’s enough in it to be a good game. The major issue is that the game barely functions, it’s impossible to report bugs to get fixed, and therefore you have a gameplay experience that is 90% frustration. I’ve never seen a game be so neglected with serious gameplay issues that go unsolved for months/years.
