It used to, but it hasn’t for a long time. I check for updates frequently but they fail to fix the problem. Every time I read the app description it’s listed as one of the features. Please help! ### 4/5 — Great App but missing aisle location *2025-10-02, version 3.82.1* I love the tops app because it’s so easy to use. I use it regularly and I keep it up-to-date. I’m always making a new list for the upcoming payday so that I know what groceries I need and I also like to use the app to do comparisons on what deals are going on. However, the newer releases default the app to delivery but you do have options for pick up or in-store shopping. It really should be defaulting the app like it did before to in-store shopping and then give you the options to change it to delivery or pick up. That made more sense before because most people shop in store and delivery and pick up are the secondaries. Plus having the app default to in-store shopping allows you to add items to the in-store cart and the in-store cart used to always give you the aisle locations. Now that the app defaults it to delivery first even if you change it it keeps defaulting back and when you’re adding items to the cart the app assumes it’s for delivery and then does not provide aisle locations while you’re in the store. I’m not sure if it’s the newest release or it recently happened with a previous release but the biggest issue I run into right now is that when I switched the app to in-store shop it doesn’t hold the selection as soon as I start searching for items and it keeps defaulting it back to delivery as I’m adding items to the cart for the store location near me. This ends up being a bummer because not all stores carry the same items Here I am thinking I’m making a list for my store and I may see something I’m thinking is at my store and I added it to my list only to find out later as I’m in the store that they don’t actually carry it or I can’t find it because the cart doesn’t show you aisle locations. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2025-07-26, version 3.74.1* After using the latest update (7/18/25) for the first time when you clip a coupon the screen clears and the only way to get back to see what you have clipped and more coupons to clip is to totally close the app and reload it! I should only have to press a button and all are added to my bonus card - if I use them great if not oh well - Receipt - you have elderly shopping at your store - Why do you need such a dumb way to calculate receipt - and such a waste of cancer causing paper. Take a lesson from other stores short receipt with only you pay price! ### 3/5 — Cannot add bonus card toApple Wallet *2024-06-08, version 1.28.0* The app is ok, but it’s a pain to have to open the app, and then navigate to my bonus card to scan the card at checkout. There is an option to add it to the Apple Wallet but it does not work. I just get a message that Safari cannot download the file. ### 3/5 — Cannot download to Apple Wallet *2024-04-13* Kind of a pain to open the app, then tap My Tops BonusPlus to scan my card at checkout. When I tap “Open in Wallet” I get a message that Safari cannot open this file. Not sure what is clipped is for the item above or below the clipped item. Even selecting the pre populated selections that are offered up return a “no results for…”. What grade schooler wrote this app? Or do you skip the whole regression testing part before releasing? What’s the point if you can’t easily make a simple grocery list, check it off as you go in store, and then delete the list. I’m always updating my saved shopping list for the upcoming payday so that I know what groceries I need to move to In-Store cart and I also like to use the app to do comparisons on what deals are going on. Couple of issues. 1) The app is finicky about what option you choose for shopping. Multiple times have I chosen In-Store and it immediately swaps it back to Pickup or Delivery. Even if the cart is empty it sometimes just refuses to hold the shopping setting you’ve selected. 2) Cart items regularly disappear when using the shopping list function. This issue has been happening since the last update. If you set the app to In-Store and have items in your shopping list that are indeed in store and you choose to add to cart it does add to cart while on the In-Store setting. You can go to the cart and see everything. However as soon as you modify or add an additional item to the cart the whole cart list disappears. I’ve been able to repro this over and over even with a delete and reinstall of the application. What’s even more annoying is that if you switch the shopping type to pickup when this happens then all the items reappear but you lose the aisle locations. If you try to switch back to in-store, the app just keeps switching it back to pickup. Very disappointing version of this app as DEV/QA should have done a much better job testing this. ### 1/5 — 🤮 *2025-07-27, version 3.74.1* Why did you move the card???? ### 1/5 — Terrible App. *2025-07-22, version 3.74.1* Terrible app. Not user friendly at all. It doesn’t go away and takes up the bottom 20% of the screen making it impossible to switch between tabs. A quick patch for this would be VERY much appreciated. Otherwise I think it’s a pretty good app. I like that when you add things to cart it groups them by aisle making it a lot easier to shop in person rather than weaving through every aisle for each item like I usually do. ### 5/5 — Great app, bring back aisle location for items *2025-09-12, version 3.82.1* I love the app for keeping my grocery list and getting e coupons. Thank you for adding the option to link to to the pharmacy to schedule immunizations. I used to be able to see what aisle items are in on the app and with the latest update, that has gone away. Yesterday I tried to help my brother-in-law into Tops in Clifton Springs, NY — he’s recovering from a stroke and struggles to move, even holding onto a grocery cart. We barely got into the front door and couldn’t really go forward or back when a woman who worked there offered to get him a chair. She got a chair from the office, helped him sit down, and stayed with him while I quickly bought some food. She made sure that I was able to get my brother-in-law back into my car. I made sure to learn her name, Nancy, because I was so grateful!
