## What is Topset AI?

Topset is an AI form coach for the barbell lifts. Film one set of squat, bench press, or deadlift on your phone, and in about two minutes you get an honest, measured report on how you actually moved.

WHAT YOU GET
• A rep-by-rep breakdown built from real measurements, not vibes
• Your video with a skeleton overlay, so you can see exactly what the analysis saw
• Charts for bar path, depth, tempo, and bar speed
• Plain-language coaching: one clear thing to work on, and a focus for your next session

HOW IT WORKS
1. Prop your phone on a bench or rack and frame yourself from the side or front
2. Film your set in the app — rest timer and chime included
3. Upload and keep training. Analysis runs in the cloud, and a notification tells you when your report is ready

BUILT TO BE HONEST
Topset only comments on what it can actually measure from your camera angle. If something can't be assessed from your video, it says so instead of guessing.

SUPPORTED TODAY
• Squat — side, front, and rear views
• Bench press — side and front views
• Deadlift — side view
More lifts and views are on the way.

Topset is a training aid, not a substitute for a qualified coach or medical advice.
