New app? First time I tried to pay a visa bill I’ve paid for years - “unexpected error”, wait what???!!! 😡 ### 3/5 — Stop. Pls FIX this *2026-06-11* In Activity under Checking Account Details, where I have made a Transfer note it says “from [transfer note]”. This makes it look like a transfer into my account is from a business rather than a transaction from my savings account to my checking account. For example: “Transfer from Verizon Wireless” is ACTUALLY a transfer from my savings account to my checking account that I made for an upcoming Verizon auto-pay withdrawal and NOT a deposit or transfer from Verizon into my account! For Transfers between accounts, please put the account the transfer is coming from on the Activity page ALONG WITH the memo I may have made for the transfer. ### 2/5 — Never works when I need it! *2025-12-29, version 13.0.5912* A banking app should be available at all times. It is not user friendly. Sometimes when switching between my accounts I have to close out and re sign in, if you click on a transaction you have to do the same thing. Obviously the creator doesn’t use the app. Terrible upgrade. You fixed something that wasn’t broken. ### 1/5 — Broken on mobile *2026-06-20* When I logged into this updated version, it forced me to change my password. Not only that, but it also changed my verification email and phone number to a different family member instead of mine (???) for no reason, which makes this whole thing even more annoying to deal with. To top it off, once I finally got my verification number in, the actual app interface is BROKEN on mobile. I went to change the email and phone number back to mine, but the interface literally does not work. The edit menu for email or phone numbers has a continue button that disappears beyond the screen, and there’s no scrolling to get to it. You have to kill the app if you want to escape this interface. This kind of bugginess is unacceptable in 2026, especially for a banking app - just stick with Navyfed. ### 1/5 — New App is Awful *2026-06-15* New App version riddled with bugs and removed many functional controls. The UI is much better now, but the user experience is a significant downgrade from previous app. For instance, you cannot manually categorize transactions anymore. The initial image it shows of the check before I take the picture is rotated 90 degrees. I finally figured out that I need to move my phone in all planes to get the image to appear correctly before I snap the picture. Once snapped, it constantly tells me that the amount does not match what I entered even though it does—on a printed, not handwritten, check. I go through this charade at least 100 times before I finally find some sweet spot where the check edges are actually clipped and my finger may be in the picture before it finally accepts the image.
