Press ⇧⌘N in any app — your browser, your mail, a call — and Topsight's capture box appears over whatever you're doing. Type it, press Return, and you're back where you were. Topsight never takes over your screen. (Mac; set your own shortcut in Settings.) Your silos now know which goal they serve. Every silo on the Cycles page can name the goal it's for, and your Mission shows them — so selecting a goal tells you the actual ongoing work behind it, not just the area of life it belongs to. It's the answer to "why do I keep doing this?", written down where you'll see it. Adding a deliverable is two decisions again. What it is, and how long it takes. Choose which deliverable it follows and it slots into your timeline in the right place, with the dates laid forward for you. No more guessing where it lands. See the time before you drop. Drag anything onto Now's timeline and the start time follows your cursor, so you can place work exactly rather than aiming at a stripe and hoping. Cycles and Horizon, rebuilt for iPhone. Both pages now read the way Ventures does on a phone: clear headings, no wasted space, nothing running off the edge. Every section on Cycles folds away, and a folded section still shows where you stand — how many routines, how you're keeping up. Plus clearer help text throughout, and a tidier action editor. ### 7.1.1 — 2026-08-01 This is a big update. Topsight is now built around two ideas: Ventures, your timed projects with deadlines, and Cycles, the ongoing areas of life that never finish but always need tending, perfect for intentional growth and continuous improvement. Mission. A new goals wheel shows your ventures and cycles arranged around the goals they serve, so you can see what each piece of work is actually for. Targets. Projects now break into Targets, the wins that mean a job is done. Tell Topsight how long each needs and it schedules the timeline for you. Now. See your day on a single timeline and drag any project onto it to block out real time, next to your appointments. Use the day cards to plan tomorrow and the days ahead the same way. Reviews. The new Silo Bust in Backlog shows which ventures and cycles are due a review, and which have work going stale, so nothing quietly rots. Reflection. Now a single, honest monthly look-back, served on the last day of the month. Connect an AI assistant. Link Topsight to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant and have it build your plans straight into the app. Plus a much faster task list, a redo shortcut, and a long list of fixes across the iPhone layout, checklists, search and the calendar. ### 7.0.2 — 2026-07-16 Draft What's New (edit freely, your voice beats mine): • Programs: group related projects under a program: programs now show with their own icon and their projects nested beneath them on Projects, Roadmap and Backlog. Tap a program on the Roadmap to fold its projects away. • Timeboxing, finger-first: tap a block on the Now timeline for drag handles to move its start or stretch its length.
