I was also stupid enough to pay the service charge which I thought was the reason why. Such a fraud, bought for remote viewing in the first place. Worst still, you can’t pay via Apple account. They want your card details in 2020. Pathetic and smells fraudulent, will be changing my device. ### 1/5 — CCTV NOW USELESS due to update, AVOID *2020-10-27, version 2.0.925* They have released version 2.0, stating they have updated the UI and fix some bugs. In reality they are now charging for the remote view ability, which you have already paid for when purchasing the device. Unless you accept their blackmail and pay, you can now no longer use your device remotely as it was intended. Will be reporting to Apple. I’ve tried to get in touch with them but they are not replying. Another issue is that when I’m not home I can’t access it, it says timed out so I can’t see what’s going on when I’m not home.
