They have made it nearly impossible. They say do so In your app subscription- but there is no where to cancel. ### 1/5 — App Not Working 2025 *2025-10-13, version 2.1.0* The app does not seem to be working, no videos are shown. The ‘contact us’ email is also undeliverable. I would not waste your time with this app ### 2/5 — Unable to use *2025-05-19, version 2.1.0* I’ve created a Coach and Parent account. Unfortunately this app has a logic in its design that stops you from verifying an account. It sends you a link, that link does not verify your account, just takes you to a place to download the app. The app you dowloaded and registered on already. Therefore you cannot create an account and access the material. Making this a big waste of time!!!! UPDATE- when you have a request for a player, whenever someone presses the tick to accept it the app closes. I will say that the YouTube vids are very useful ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work - videos don’t display *2024-11-07, version 2.1.0* Disappointed with this app - really wanted to like it, but none of the videos display on either my sons device or my own. Therefore it’s useless. Such a shame. Contacted their online help to try and resolve, but no one responded. Spent over a week with the help desk having to send emails from two different email accounts to only be told they could not tell me how they can help. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2023-06-11, version 2.1.0* This app scammed me because I was getting this app for my younger sister to help her with her skills and when ever she wants a app on her phone and I was putting my information in and I got a Notification in my phone that was saying this app is trying to take your information blah blah blah and I was like seriously and my sister was so bummed because this app scammed her and it’s really not ok so hopefully you guys read this because it’s not ok and hopefully you do not end up with the same problem.
