This update brings the iOS Admin application to feature parity with the Android version, specifically enhancing the Leave Review experience with intelligent risk analysis and staffing insights.

What's New
Enhanced Leave Review
Conflict Detection: A new "Leave Conflicts / Overlaps" section identifies staffing gaps by showing other employees on leave during the same period.
Features: Collapsible view, "Info" button explaining the detection logic, and orange warning indicators.
Balance Simulation: Reviewers can now see the immediate impact of a leave approval. The app shows the employee's current balance vs. the projected balance after approval.
Probation Alerts: Clear visual warnings if an employee is currently in their probation period, helping managers make more informed decisions.
Staffing Insights: Visual alerts for "Advance" leaves that would result in a negative balance.

 Improved Applicant Context
The Leave Detail header now prominently displays the applicant's Department and Employee ID, making it easier to identify the employee at a glance.
