You wait 30+ minutes for a bus just for them to tell you its full when there are visible empty seats. DO NOT USE OR PAY FOR THIS SERVICE IN NEW YORK. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-13* Don’t not go on this bus they are completely scammers they walk around New York and ask people if they want to go on the bus and then when you do they give you a expensive amount then they say let me try to give you a discount and then say it is 75$ And do not go on this bus because they say they work 24 hours everyday but they didn’t say they worked on suday PLS DO NOT GO ON THIS BUS IF THEY ASK YOU IGNORE THEM! ### 1/5 — Scams *2026-07-13* There are so many people on NYC that tried to convince us but we gave up and we had to pay 400 dollars. When we got on the bus it was normal when we got off we walked around when it was night we waited at one of the bus stations and we waited there for 20 minutes BTW we only bought the red ways for the bus so we called one of the people and they said it does not work night time today HOLY SCAMMERS. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-07-13, version 1.9.3* I had a very disappointing experience with TopView Bus Service. They misled us by saying the ticket included both the bus tour and the ferry, but when we arrived, we found out that wasn’t true. It felt like false advertising. To make matters worse, their pricing was completely inconsistent. Some people were charged around $35 for what appeared to be the same ticket, while others were charged as much as $100. There was no clear explanation for the huge price difference, which made the whole experience feel unfair and dishonest. I would not recommend this company. We will never ride this tour again. ### 1/5 — Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing *2025-07-27* TLDR: no refunds, no working customer service line, waste of time, waste of money, SCAM Went to time square with my family to do the night tour. I already found it weird that I couldn’t even book a time for the night I actually wanted to go on the tour, but I digress. The “salesman” had me book it for the next day. I had to wait until there were 24 hours or less before the ticket QR codes would load. …yikes… The tickets finally load, we get in line and there’s already like a bajillion people in the line. Not a bus in sight. We sit there for over an hour, a bus pulls up, but nobody boards, we just see employees walking up and down the top aisle of the bus. More time passes, STILL NO OTHER BUSES. People start getting impatient, and start asking for refunds, which they refuse. Seeing people become more adamant about refunds, a “salesperson” says she’ll take those who complained to a bus station where there were more buses. We walk practically 15 minutes around Time Square to another bus stop, WITH JUST AS MANY PEOPLE AS THE OTHER ONE WE HAD LEFT, IF NOT MORE. (While walking, I clicked through the app, attempted to call the customer service number, which picked up the call, but nobody ever came to the line.) At this point, I just want my money back, just like other people. The lady who escorted us is still refusing to refund everyone and tries to divert the attention by showing us how to change the reservation time. It shuts a few people up, but not me. I still demand a refund, to which she very rudely dismisses me by saying “I’m talking to my people.” And turns her back to me. I politely tell her that was incredibly rude. We eventually leave the line, TOTALLY dissatisfied. We reach the guy who sold us the tickets, gave him the run down, he pretends to be so flabbergasted, is “on the phone with customer service” and pretends to help us… by sending us back to the initial line. I request to speak to customer service, which he points me to a building but I’m so over it. When we leave, I attempt to modify the time of our tickets, no times pull up.
