As an IP. - I want somewhere in Europe. Up until the end of last week (August 16) , I never even saw LA come up and always had a stable European IP option. Now it’s all I’m seeing. I don’t want to, but there’s no option to opt out so in order to use this browser at least right now you have to pay $100 per year, which is exorbitance.
