I’ve been using Torch Wallet for a while now, and it’s been a nightmare. There is no customer support whatsoever, and I’ve been unable to withdraw anything from staking for months. The app gives no clear feedback or error, just nothing happens. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This is one of the worst wallets I’ve ever used. Stay away if you value your time and money.

I’ve used Torch ever since they came out on iOS. Hands down beats other Zil ecosystem wallets, such as ZilPay and Moonlet. User experience and customer service are top notch. Probably one of the best features is their feature for immediate unlocking from staking, bypassing the 14 day waiting period. While this feature does have a small fee, the option of having it is stellar. Only see Torch remaining the top wallet going forward.

I’ve been using Torch Wallet since they launched, and by far it’s one of the smoothest, most user friendly and intuitive wallets I’ve used so far in my crypto journey. I like many features it provides to users, such as the ability to execute limit orders. I’ve made use of this feature many times; it’s by far my favorite feature. IgniteDAO(maker of Torch wallet) continues to push the boundaries of innovation and bring to users products they can rely on and love.
