1. Securely deposit their collateral in foreign currency (USD) or crypto stable (USDC, BUSD) coins
2. Get local currency worth 50% of collateral at parallel market
3. Simply pay back local currency loan at 2.5 - 3% monthly interest within time frame of their choice.
