If I had items in the cart and I switch to another app (for example safari to look up the timings of the nearest store), when I switch back to the app it refreshes and clears out my order so I have to start again. Also at odd times (not sure how) the app will go into a weird split screen situation where the top half of the screen is one part of the menu and the bottom half is another part of the menu. Still like the Tacos at Torchys, however these app issues do make it hard for me to actually order. No matter how many times I’ve tried, it locks me out, doesn’t recognize my phone number, or says the number is associated with another account. You better know the Torchys location and store # or you might pick the wrong store. I reset the password, try to login, and it won’t take it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. But this time it’s not working at all and won’t let me in. This has been happening for over a year. I’m tried of it. When I am able to login in the rare occasion, it also does not correctly apply the rewards after selecting to use it. You have to be careful because one time I ordered and applied my reward I was charged full price.
