My bank is ABANCA , which until a couple of years ago enabled me to top up my account directly using my UK current account with Lloyds. This facility ceased I think as a result of Brexit and I looked around for an alternative . I have used TorFX since then and have found the process to be excellent , prompt and v efficient. I think the exchange rate is always fair. The app is easy to use. My account manage Matthew is very responsive should I have any queries and is most helpful. I will never transfer through you again. I created an account using my friend’s referral. They didn’t ask me any verification documents and straight up rejected my account after a day. Please do not waste your time! I’ve never come across such appalling service. I understand the need on occasion to give extra information for security purposes. Which I did . 4 days later my friend still has not received there funds. I personally can’t recommend this company on any level. I’m sure there are happy customers . But I’m not one of them . TransferWise is by far the best international transfer company.
