### 3/5 — PAY

*2026-08-14, version 5.1.7*

Why do you have to pay to get alert like WHY? I like this app but it would be better if you didn’t have to pay

### 4/5 — Great

*2026-08-12, version 5.1.7*

Unlike the other weather apps that you can only use if you pay a price every month this app gets you everything for free but some things you have to pay for. Also let’s go Mets

### 5/5 — Thanks!

### 5/5 — Wow

*2026-08-11, version 5.1.6*

### 5/5 — Best weather app I’ve found

*2026-08-11, version 5.1.6*

Loads quick and refreshes warning data quicker than what the apps. Living in the state with the most tornadoes this year it’s been nice to be able to see what coming. We live outside the range of any warning sirens and NOAA warnings can be a little vague as to the location of severe weather sometimes.

### 5/5 — LOOOVE THIS APP!

*2026-08-11, version 5.1.6*

For someone with server weather anxiety, I swear by this app! It alerts me right away when severe weather is coming! I am able to add 5 locations to check so I always have my loved ones updated right away to warn them and make sure they are in a safe space! My kids school is on there since I work an hour away so weather is different out that way’ I love it.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!

*2026-08-11, version 5.1.6*

This app helped my husband and me stay aware of tornadoes in our area. If I could give it 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is very accurate and extremely helpful. We highly recommend it!

Thank you! 😊

### 1/5 — Americans Only

*2026-08-08*

This app was probably designed and created by Trumpf, the greatest orange buffoon in history!

I keep reading that this app can be used in Canada yet none of us, the Canadians in case the devs are unaware, cannot get past the zip code.

How does this app be used in Canada? No clear written explanation or anything in similar of letting us how this so-called app can be used in Canada which is postal code in case the devs is unaware.

I find it condescending of devs telling us that this app can be used in Canada yet we can’t use it. Condescending of devs not explaining. “This can be used in Canada”! Oh.

Still need zip code. Because every time we open the app, there are pages of uselessness then finally the notorious zip code.

Every. Single. Time.

Devs are obviously americans and they think they are brilliant. This app shows me the opposite.

Touch grass? Always do. Anyway, still can’t use the allegedly free app because the zip code is stuck with absolutely of getting beyond the legendary and notorious zip code page!

Can you explain how we can get past the zip code? There’s no “x” to close it or “guest” anything that we can do get past the zip code.

Can you explain?

By the way, just had a tornado warning, grass is too wet to touch.

**Developer response:** The app is entirely free. And ad free! We show Canadian tornado warnings in real time and Canadian severe thunderstorm warnings in real time. All FREE. Unfortunately the paid PRO alerts are only available in the US (for now). Lots of hoops to jump through to build and enable call text email to Canadian numbers (toll free challenges etc) The app works perfectly fine without alerts though. That zip code entry is during onboarding for someone using paid pro version but you don’t need a zip code of any kind to use the app

Go touch grass.

### 1/5 — Canada

*2026-07-21, version 5.1.1*

If you’re going to make app available in Canada stop asking for zip codes. Can’t even proceed past initial screens due to this.

### 1/5 — Zip code

*2026-07-18*

No postal code. Still cannot get past the zip code page. Devs the app is free to use. I’m not understanding how to get past the zip code that is needed to use the app.

App cannot be used at all. Every time I close the app, I’d have to scroll the pages to the zip code page in the end.

How is it free if it can’t be used if I am Canadian? Postal Code is what Canada uses. Not Zip code.

Edit: I downloaded again to see if the zip code is still needed. Yep, still needed. The app is useless if I cannot input zip code. The dev said this app is free and can be used in Canada yet there’s no way to get past the zip code page.

I’m not understanding the deceit from the devs.

### 1/5 — Uk

*2026-06-27, version 5.0.9*

I live in the uk but this supports the US

### 1/5 — Zip code

### 1/5 — Zip code?

*2026-06-18*

Can’t use this app because zip code is needed. There’s no zip code in Canada. I am baffle why this app is in Canadian App Store.

The app can’t be used without zip code. From what I read in other review, zip code is for premium users. Ok, then why is the app in the free section?

**Developer response:** The app is entirely free. And ad free! We show Canadian tornado warnings in real time and Canadian severe thunderstorm warnings in real time. All FREE. Unfortunately the paid PRO alerts are only available in the US (for now). ### 1/5 — Tornado tracker

*2026-02-16, version 3.1.3*

Not what I was expecting

### 2/5 — Zip code

*2026-05-19, version 5.0.6*

There’s a number keypad when you have to enter your zip code, rendering the app impossible to use if you have a postal code or other, sadly, could be an over sight, or just that tornados aren’t as common in other places,

### 2/5 — Money to see if you’re safe?!

*2026-04-18*

I wouldn’t recommend this app if you don’t want to spend money just to turn on notifications to see if tornadoes are nearby or heading towards you and any alerts you have to buy a subscription unbelievable…. Rather take my risks walking outside and looking if there is one nearby.

**Developer response:** The app is free with no ads, it only costs money if you want to get calls, texts and emails.

Took well over 100 hours to build this and costs to run it now exceed $1450 a month (database, chron service, email service, call text service, hosting, maintenance).

The wonderful thing about this country is you can build this yourself, pay out of pocket to keep it up and working each month, give it away for free and put us out of business!

Stay safe.

Well, whaddya know! No zip code page! I have used the website and know this is good website but the notorious zip code Canadians were not able get past and use this app.

I checked back and bingo, no zip code needed.

Now I can finally use the app. I might be hiking or something.
