I’m able to throw it on for my home screen but then I have to unlock my phone every 2 seconds just to see the score when I’m not able to see the game. Recently though they introduced a new Fan Access section that has draws for tickets if you can manage to connect your Ticketmaster account. I’ve wasted hours trying to get this to work cause my son wants to enter the draws. All my accounts have the same email address But it doesn’t work. (The new avatar generator also doesn’t work for me). Their support has been non-existant after day one with the usual “make sure your email address is the same”. Subsequent requests for support don’t get answers. After years of use I deleted it. Finally pushed me to set up the Apple sports app and will use that and Apple News for updates from now on. If the extra features don’t work there’s no benefit to the app if it’s just for stats and news. The app doesn’t update unless you can use iOS 16.0, but you’re allowed to download the app and open it. Just to only to be held back from UI by a grey message on the screen prompting me to update(which I can’t). I shouldn’t be able to download the app if I can’t use it, simple as that. Please fix the app, or make the app accessible from URLs.
