## What is Torr?

Torr is a complete training app: the workout, the plan behind it, and the record of everything you lift.

Start with 7 days free.

TRAIN WITH A PLAN, NOT A GUESS
Follow structured routines with video for every exercise. Log weight and reps set by set, with a rest timer that keeps you honest between them — it even runs on your lock screen.

PLANS BUILT AROUND YOU
Tell Torr your body, your goal and what you can't eat. It builds a workout plan and a meal plan that fit — not a template someone else is following.

EAT LIKE IT MATTERS
Meal plans with macros, checked off day by day, so you can actually see whether the week went the way you planned.

TARGET WHAT YOU WANT TO WORK
Pick a muscle and get a session for it in seconds. Short on time, or just want to finish arms today — either way it's two taps.

TRAINING RADIO
Curated stations that keep playing while you lift, with the screen off and on the lock screen.

SEE THE PROGRESS
Personal records, streaks, volume per week, and every session you've ever finished. Progress you can point at.

WHY PEOPLE STAY
No ads. No feed. No one to impress. Torr opens on what you're training today and gets out of the way.
