I’ve had to cancel the bus multiple times and order and uber because it all of a sudden changes my time to be an hour later, despite booking 7 days ahead of time. Or the bus will get to me ridiculously early. Need a better system for the bookings so it runs on time and doesn’t have massive delays. If I don’t book 7 days in advance, I usually can’t get a booking unless it’s at a quiet time. Never can use the “leave now” function as there’s never any busses available.
