Torrent is more than just an exercise class. It’s a place where you will meet amazing people who not only cheer you on but offer a level of support I’ve never found at any studio. Head over to the cafe after class and come hang with us.

Torrent is thriving in SLC and once you go there you’ll understand why. Dan and Mike have built an inclusive, loving, respectful community. I have friends because of Torrent. Not to mention the workouts are always a challenge (easy to modify), and the bathrooms and changing rooms are TOP NOTCH, clean, and smell amazing. They use great products and understand the user experience ;) lockers are free too!
