Please do proper testing before rollout updates. ### 2/5 — Internal inconsistencies *2026-03-11* They might have attempted to make the app better but I shall never be able to find out as it does not allow me to log in. I have been registered consumer for Torrent power since years- which used an email login and password which is still active on web. Under which I have 3 consumer nos registered. On the app- there is consumer no based login- which does not allow me log in saying my credentials are invalid- though I am able to login on web. It's been almost a year since I applied for a temporary connection for construction and still I have not been given the connection. When I ask information about the connection process, they say that there is a lot of load on the transformer, a new transformer will have to be installed, for that you give us your land, we will install a new transformer on your land and then we will give you the connection. When I asked for the land requirement in writing, they said that they would get the letter posted and till now no letter or any kind of response has come from his side. Whereas the construction going on in front of my plot, temporary connection has been given to them whereas they had applied for temporary connection only a few days ago and my application is from about 11 months ago. Earlier also you guys used to send higher bills like this but after complaining they started sending the bill correctly. I kept complaining to you guys again and again that the bill is getting higher. Did you guys come and meter the meter properly? Check and correct the bill and generate another bill. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances by the survey officer that corrective action would be taken in the next service cycle, the issues remain unresolved, indicating poor accountability on the part of the Agra team. Field staff and engineers frequently delay attending to complaints, and even after contacting customer care or registering issues online, many consumers find their problems are neither addressed in a timely manner nor taken seriously. Others have faced similar neglect—long wait times for service, unresponsive staff, and a pattern of unresolved faults, leading to significant inconvenience, especially during power outages.
