The app says use a dark background in a well lit room. I have all my lights on and used several black backgrounds. The camera decided when to snap the picture and says success on both front and back photos. But when you hit submit it gives an error. Deposit rejected use a dark surface blah blah blah. Can you fix your app please? Several weeks ago I was getting another error message that would say my check don’t have the correct date on it when it was clearly typed. My main criticism is that the mobile deposit function is very unreliable. Most of the time the camera doesn't work properly and it rarely accepts the checks. The right half of the screen for the camera is blacked out so you can't see the guidelines to line up the check.
