Stop guessing if your training is working. PhysiqueIQ uses AI to score your physique from a simple progress photo — and tells you exactly what to focus on next, based on your actual goal. Whether you're cutting, bulking, or training for performance, generic advice doesn't help. PhysiqueIQ's AI reads your photo, gives you a 1–10 score, and writes personalized feedback that's actually aligned with where you're headed — not a one-size-fits-all critique. HOW IT WORKS Take a progress photo. Get an AI-generated score and written analysis in seconds. Compare it against your baseline over time to see real, visible change — not just a number on a scale. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Daily workouts — log type, duration, and effort in seconds Sleep — track hours and quality to understand your recovery Journal — capture how you're feeling, day to day Progress photos — front and back, with AI scoring and analysis Streaks — stay consistent and build the habit FREE FEATURES Daily workout, sleep, and journal logging Unlimited photo storage 2 AI photo analyses per month Gallery and calendar to see your history Streak tracking PREMIUM FEATURES Daily AI photo analyses Front and back photo scoring Unlimited photo comparisons over time AI grade on every check-in Daily retake if your first photo doesn't feel right Full progress history PhysiqueIQ is built for people who want real, honest feedback — not just another photo library. Your goal shapes the advice you get, so the guidance actually moves you forward instead of pulling you in every direction at once.
