It’s annoying to have to google where the restaurants are located in each terminal so I can’t coordinate ordering for my flight. But app is convenient. Just needs to be more user friendly about restaurant locations in airport.

APP DOES NOT WORK, Please fix immediately. Ordering forces you to add a phone number but will not save it to advance forward. Also, the app will not allow you to save a phone number in settings.

Normally, this restaurant has a long line just to order followed by a longer wait for your food to be ready.  This app makes it possible to skip the order line and then get your order without having to stand around waiting.  Order, relax, check your flight, enjoy the food! If only Starbucks O’Hare would follow suit!

The staff members were rude. The app showed that the order went through but the staff members suggested the customers were too dumb to use the app. If you want to pick a fight, this is where you should go.

I used the app to order from my plane.  Because the app doesn’t tell you where the restaurant is, I had to find a map and search for it. Upon arriving, I had to wait to get someone’s attention to get my order; I was halfway to my connecting flight when I realized my order was incomplete. Back to the restaurant and waited again to get someone’s attention, only to be told that I had to go wait in line at the cash register for my cookie (3rd wait). Food was delish, but I’d have been much better to just order from the counter.

Check your bag if you use this. The app itself worked nicely but I ordered and was charged for two sandwiches and they only made one and it was because the machine told them to (they showed me the ticket). The staff was good about starting the one I missed but the whole point was to be quick and that was ruined. If you use the app make sure to call after you send it in to make sure they have it right.
